摘要
(1)目的通过检测甲状腺最高摄碘率及摄碘率高峰时间,分析其对^(131)I治疗甲亢疗效的影响。(2)方法选取行^(131)I治疗的甲亢患者为研究对象,分别依据患者治疗前最高摄碘率、摄碘率高峰时间分组,同时收集每组患者的年龄、性别、病程、^(131)I、甲状腺的质量,对其随访1年,探讨甲亢患者治疗前最高摄碘率及高峰时间与^(131)I治疗后疗效的关系。(3)结果不同甲状腺最高摄碘率对^(131)I治疗后疗效影响不同,最高摄碘率越高,治疗后未愈率越高,痊愈率越低;而最高摄碘率越低,治疗后未愈率越低,痊愈率越高。不同摄碘率高峰时间对^(131)I治疗后疗效影响不同,摄碘率高峰时间出现的越早,治疗后未愈率越高,痊愈率越低;而摄碘高峰时间出现的越晚,治疗后未愈率越低,痊愈率越高。(4)结论不同甲状腺最高摄碘率及不同摄碘率高峰时间对^(131)I治疗甲亢疗效不同,因此测定其水平,为^(131)I治疗甲亢的疗效提供依据。
Objective To analyze the effect of 131I on hyperthyroid-ism by measuring the highest iodine uptake rate and the peak time of iodine uptake.Methods Patients with hyperthyroidism treated with 131I were selected as subjects.According to the highest iodine in-take rate and the peak time of iodine uptake before treatment to grouped the patients.The age,sex,course of disease,131I,and thy-roid mass of each group were collected at the same time.Follow up one year to investigate the relationship between the highest iodine uptake rate and peak time before treatment and the curative effect after 131I treatment.Results The highest iodine uptake rate of dif-ferent thyroids has different effects on the curative effect after 131I treatment.The higher the iodine uptake rate,the lower the cure rate,the higher the unhealing rate after treatment;the lower the iodine uptake rate,the higher the heal rate,the lower the unhealed rate after treatment.The peak time of different iodine uptake rate has different effects on the curative effect after 131I treatment.The earlier the iodine uptake rate appears,the higher the healing rate after treatment,and the lower the cure rate;the later the iodine peak time appears,after treatment,the lower the cure rate,the higher the cure rate.Conclusion The highest iodine uptake rates of different thyroid glands and peak times of different iodine uptake rates have different therapeutic effects on 131I treatment of hyper-thyroidism.Therefore,the level of 131I therapy can provide a basis for131I treatment of hyperthyroidism.
