慢性功能性便秘和非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关性临床探讨

Relationship between Chronic Functional Constipation and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的探讨慢性功能性便秘与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的关系。方法选取120例慢性功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,另选100例健康者作为对照,比较2组NAFLD的阳性率。慢性功能性便秘患者按便秘是否伴有结肠黑变病分成单纯便秘组和便秘伴有结肠黑变病组,按是否伴有结肠传输分为慢传输组和非慢传输组,分别比较其非酒精性脂肪肝发病情况差异。结果慢性便秘患者组较健康对照组非酒精性脂肪肝发病差异有统计学意义,但结肠黑变病和结肠慢传输不影响非酒精性脂肪肝的发病,差异无统计学意义。结论慢性功能性便秘可能通过肝肠轴影响非酒精性脂肪肝的发生发展。

Objective To explore the relationship between chronic functional constipation and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 120 patients with chronic functional constipation were selected as the study subjects,100 healthy people as the control group,and the positive rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was compared.Constipation patients were divided into simple constipation group and constipation group with colon melanosis according to whether constipation was accompanied by colon melanosis.They were divided into slow-colon transmission group and non-slow-colon transmission group according to the condition of colon transmission,and the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was compared.Results The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in chronic constipation group was significantly different from that in healthy control group,but colon melanosis and slow-colon transmission did not affect the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease without statistically significant difference.Conclusion Chronic functional constipation may affect the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease through liver-gut axis.
