On the Historical Evolution and Modern Value of the Rural Contract in Ming Dynasty

乡约作为我国古代社会特有的一种法律法规,在对乡村民众的教化方面发挥着重要作用。明代是儒家教化思想在乡约中得以普及和产生重要影响的时期。明代乡约在广泛传播尊老爱幼思想、礼仪制度建设上有重大突破,形成了一整套完备的内容,不仅在当时对社会治理具有重要作用,而且对我国当前农村的村民自治建设、良好乡风文明道德养成、乡村振兴等方面仍具有借鉴意义。
