摘要 全面提升高素质、技能型人才培养质量,是高职院校可持续发展的根本保证;学院根据自身条件和具体实际,理清思路、重点突破,探索并付诸最适合自己的"诊改"行动,全程突出"质量是生产出来的,不是检测出来的",发挥不同层级质量保证主体作用,自主开展多层面、多维度的学院内部诊断与改进工作。该文仅对学院开展专业及课程诊改有效实施途径加以探索与实践。 Comprehensively improving the quality of high-quality and skill-based personnel training is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Based on its own conditions and specific realities,the college clears up its thinking and key breakthroughs,explores and carries out the most suitable"diagnosis and reform"for itself,highlighting the principle that"quality is produced,not detected",play the role of different levels of quality assurance,and independently carry out multi-faceted,multi-dimensional internal diagnosis and improvement of the college.This article only explores and practices the effective implementation of diagnosis and reform on the majors and curriculum of the college.
