区域老年教育现状分析与提升路径

Analysis of the Status Quo and Improving Path of Regional Elderly Education

《老年教育发展规划(2016—2020年)》、《天津市贯彻落实老年教育发展规划(2016—2020年)实施方案》,对老年教育的发展提出了新的目标任务和发展要求,如何迅速提升老年教育服务能力,是老年教育发展需要面对和解决的重要课题。文本从教学环境、教学水平、师资队伍、课程资源、管理水平、服务能力等方面,分析了老年教育的发展现状;从进一步加强党的领导、统一思想提高认识、课程资源和信息化建设、教学环境改造提升、师资和管理队伍建设、老年教育理论研究等方面,提出了有针对性的解决路径,以期丰富对老年教育服务能力提升的理论研究。

"Education Development Plan for the Elderly(2016-2020)"and"Tianjin’s Implementation Plan for the Implementation of the Education Development Plan for the Elderly(2016-2020)"put forward new goals and tasks and development requirements for the development of elderly education,how to rapidly improving the service ability of elderly education is an important issue that needs to be addressed and solved in the development of education for the elderly.The paper analyzes the development status of the elderly education from the aspects of teaching environment,teaching level,teaching staff,curriculum resources,management level and service ability.From the aspects of further strengthening party leadership,unifying thoughts and raising awareness,improving and upgrading curriculum resources,information construction,and teaching environment,constructing teachers and management teams,and theoretical researching on elderly education,a targeted solution path has been proposed to enrich the theoretical research on the improvement of the service ability of elderly education.
