莱索托特殊教育师资现状研究

摘要 特殊教育师资直接影响整个国家特殊教育的发展质量。文章通过对莱索托特殊教育发展的概述,明晰了特殊教育师资在特殊教育发展中的重要作用,进而分析了莱索托特教师资发展面临的主要困境:观念落后、特教师资数量缺乏、特教师资质量偏低、特教师资培训机制欠缺等,继而根据其困境针对性地提出了几点有待探讨的建议:以推动全纳教育打通观念障碍、以拓宽培养途径解决数量障碍、以深化课程改革破解质量障碍、以加强多方联动清除机制障碍。 The special education teachers directly affect the development quality of special education in the whole country.Based on the overview of special education development in the Kingdom of Lesotho,this paper clarifies the important role of special education teachers in the development of special education,and then analyzes the main difficulties faced by the development of special education teachers in the Kingdom of Lesotho:backward concept,lack of special education teachers,low quality of special education teachers,and lack of special education teacher training mechanism,and then puts forward some suggestions to be discussed according to the difficulties:to promote inclusive education to break through conceptual barriers,to broaden training approaches to solve quantitative barriers,to deepen course reform to break down quality barriers,and to strengthen multi-party linkage to remove institutional barriers.
