摘要
为了实现搏动式血泵的驱动,设计了一种新型电磁驱动装置。基于模拟体外循环实验对装置进行相关的可行性实验研究。研究结果表明:驱动线圈结构设计过程科学合理,且驱动力规律满足血泵驱动要求;平均灌注压与驱动电流的线性拟合方程为y=33. 074x+6. 6563,R^2=0. 9784,表明该驱动装置能够按照设定的压力值输出搏动流以满足实际应用需求。装置的驱动效率为21. 83%。研究表明我们所设计的新型驱动装置能够作为搏动式血泵驱动。
In order to realize the driving of pulsating blood pump,a novel electromagnetic driving device was put forward.Based on the simulated cardiopulmonary bypass experiment,the feasibility of the device was studied.The results of the study were as follows:The design process of the driving coil structure was scientific and reasonable,and the driving force met the requirements of the blood pump driving;The linear fitting equation of average perfusion pressure and driving current was y=33.074x+6.6563,R 2=0.9784,which indicated that the driving device could output pulsatile flow according to the set pressure value to meet practical application needs.The drive efficiency of the device was 21.83%.The research shows that the new driving device designed in this paper has a great feasibility as a pulsating blood pump.
