摘要
使用ELISA法检测甲状腺癌患者血清中LMTK3水平。结果显示:甲状腺癌患者血清中LMTK3表达水平要明显高于良性甲状腺肿瘤患者和健康人。LMTK3水平≥0. 705ng/mL的甲状腺癌患者的生存时间明显短于LMTK3水平≤0. 705ng/mL的患者。甲状腺癌患者的LMTK3水平和甲状腺癌TNM分期是判断甲状腺癌的独立预后因素。表明血清LMTK3表达水平可鉴别诊断甲状腺癌和良性甲状腺肿瘤,可以为甲状腺癌的诊断及预后评估提供参考价值。
Serum LMTK3 levels were examined via ELISA method.Result showed that the LMTK3 expression level was significantly higher in thyroid cancer patients than in benign thyroid tumour patients and healthy people.The survival time of thyroid cancer patients with LMTK3 level of 0.705ng/ml was significantly shorter than that of LMTK3 level of 0.705ng/ml.In addition,the LMTK3 level of thyroid cancer patients was greater than 0.705ng/ml and the TNM stage was an independent prognostic factor for thyroid cancer(P=0.027 and P=0.0001).LMTK3 is a good biomarker for differentiating thyroid cancer from benign thyroid tumour.LMTK3 is used to value the diagnosis and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.
