摘要
酶的抑制常数是酶学性质重要内容之一,同时也是难点内容。实验课的开设主要目的就是为了帮助学生对理论课程的理解。为此,基于已有的实验条件,建立了利用分光光度法测定胰蛋白酶抑制剂抑制常数的方法,并将其建设成定量、设计性实验。该实验的开设不仅帮助学生对抽象理论知识的理解和记忆,而且有助于培养学生设计实验、发现和解决实验过程遇到问题的能力,从而提高了学生综合素质。
Enzyme inhibition constant is one of the important and difficult contents of enzymology properties.In order to help the students to understand the related theory of curriculum,based on the existing experimental conditions the method to determine the inhibition constant of trypsin inhibitor by spectrophotometry has been built.It has been constructed to be a quantitative design experiment.The experiment not only helps students to understand the theoretical knowledge,but also cultivate students’ability to design experiment and solve practical problems.Furthermore,the students’comprehensive quality has been improved.
