摘要
基于传感器与测控技术实验台研究了用于高校教学的测试装置静态特性测定实验。该研究利用现有的实验设备,将设备中的直流测量电桥作为研究对象。对直流测量电桥输入力信号,使电桥桥臂的应变片发生变形,从而直流测量电桥的输出电压发生变化。输入力不同,输出电压不同。根据多点输入输出,可得输入输出的线性关系。运用理想测试装置与实际测试装置的误差关系,就可实现直流测量电桥的灵敏度、非线性度和回程误差的测定。
This article has studied the static characteristic measurement of college teaching based on the experimental table.The DC measuring bridge in the experimental equipment which is existing experimental equipment is used as the research object.By measuring the input force signal of the bridge,the strain sheet of the bridge arm is deformed,and the output voltage of the DC bridge is changed.The input force is different and the output voltage is different.According to the multipoint input and output,the linear relationship between the input and output can be obtained.By using the error relation between the ideal test device and the actual testing device,the sensitivity,nonlinearity and return error of the DC measuring bridge can be measured.
