摘要
为了满足教学和研究的需要,针对当前实验条件的不足,设计了基于海湾DDC和力控组态软件的污水处理实验系统。基于给排水系统的实际案例,目的是培养学生下位机的编程能力和上位机的组态设计能力。与传统教学方式相比,基于实际案例的教学平台更能够提高学生的学习兴趣和编程能力,软硬件相结合的方式也能够更贴近实际应用和工作场景,从而实现学生对DDC和组态软件的全面理解和掌握,达到全方位教学的目的。
In order to meet the needs of teaching and research,the wastewater treatment experimental system based on DDC and configuration software is designed according to the deficiency of current experimental conditions.Based on the actual case of water supply and drainage system,the aim is to cultivate the students’programming ability of lowing computer and the configuration design ability of the upper computer.Practice shows that the experimental platform can effectively improve the students’interests,programming skills and practical abilities,it can also greatly enrich the teaching effect of practical training courses and students’experiences in engineering practice.In a word,applying this experiment system can achieve the purpose of teaching in all directions.
