摘要
为提升机器人工程专业学生对工业机器人编程与操作的能力,在对机器人工程实训室总体设计方案进行研究的基础上,提出了由机器人仿真与离线编程教学区、基础课教学区、机器人工作站实训区、自动化生产线实训区四大块构成的实训室建设方案。论述了仿真教学与基础教学中实训环节的建设方案、五个机器人工作站的工作模式和设计方案以及通过自动化生产线提升学生综合能力的方案。
In order to improve the programming and operation ability of the robot engineering students,the training room construction program is put forward.The robot simulation and off-line programming teaching area,basic teaching area,robot workstation training area and automatic production line training area are designed based on the overall design of robot engineering training room.The construction scheme of the training room in the simulation teaching and the basic teaching is discussed.The work mode and design scheme of five robot workstations are discussed in detail.The scheme of improving students comprehensive ability through automatic production line is also discussed.
