摘要
针对目前国内高等院校实验技术人员的管理方式中存在的缺陷,探讨了实验技术队伍中负责大型仪器管理的实验人员的配备和培养方案,以及改革的必要性和方法。本文以材料化学类院校仪器管理人员的职业生涯规划为出发点,提出了一套能够促进大型仪器管理人员进行自我建设和成长的管理办法,该办法具有良好的系统性、针对性和适应性等特征。
As defect states appears in the administration method for experimental technical teacher in colleges and universities,measures and significance of reformation method for instrument management teacher were investigated in this paper.Based on the occupational planning of personnel management of large-scale instruments in colleges of material chemistry,a regulation which could promote the self-investment and grow up of them was proposed.This methodology has the characteristics of good systematization,pertinence and adaptability.
