摘要
对新时代京津冀区域中的天津文化定位进行探析。在"以人本为中心"的城市更新理论视角下,运用市场定位理论,对天津文化——海河文化定位进行研究,提出兼容并蓄、现代水都、智慧共享的海河文化定位,采取参与式、自下而上的国际化城市更新方式,建议海河文化定位实现途径为:制定新时代海河文化整体战略,建设智慧共享的惠民文化产业,启动文化建设项目带动海河文化整体发展。
This paper analyzes the cultural orientation of Tianjin in new era.From the perspective of“humanity-centered”urban renewal theory and market positioning theory,the paper analyzes the Tianjin culture-Haihe culture orientation,and puts forwards Haihe culture orientation of inclusive,modern watery city,intelligence sharing,and adopts the participatory and bottom-up in international urban renewal.The realization approach includes:formulating the overall strategy of Haihe culture in new era,building a smart and shared cultural industry for people,launching cultural construction project to promote overall development of Haihe culture.
