传统的经济全球化在为世界各国带来发展机遇的同时,也产生了全球经济发展失衡、世界增长动能不足、国际治理体系不合理等问题,世界范围内的反全球化运动此起彼伏。进入21世纪以来,新兴经济体崛起于世界舞台,推动全球经济向着平等互利的新型全球化方向转型。建设"一带一路"是解决传统全球化问题、探索新型全球化路径的中国方案。在新型全球化视角下,"一带一路"倡议旨在构建开放、包容、均衡、普惠的新型国际经济合作平台,其重点建设任务包括基础设施联通、支点城市建设、产业分工合作、贸易投资便利化,共同为新型全球化框架下的国际经济合作提供支撑。

Traditional globalization has brought development opportunities to the world,however,it also caused a series of questions: the global economic development is unbalanced,the lack of momentum of economic growth,and the international governance system is irrational. Because of those questions,anti-globalization movements were appearing continuously all over the world. In the 21 st century,emerging economies rise to the world stage,and push forward globalization to the direction of mutual benefit,which could be called new globalization. The " Belt and Road" initiative is the solution of exploring the path of new globalization. In the perspective of new globalization,the aim of " Belt and Road" initiative is to build a new type of international cooperation platform,which is open,comprehensive,balanced,and generous. Based on this,the important construction tasks of " Belt and Road" include the followings: infrastructure linkage,pivot cities construction,capacity cooperation,trade and investment facilitation.
