自媒体在公共危机事件民间舆论场生成中的角色探析——以“红黄蓝事件”为例

An Analysis of the Role of We Media in the Path of Public Opinion Field of Public Crisis——A Case Study of “R. Y. B Kindergarten Events”

自媒体环境下,公众的话语权得以提升,民间舆论场逐渐发展壮大起来。在公共危机事件中,民间舆论的力量不容小觑。因此,提高相关部门对公众舆论的重视,疏解公众在危机事件中的恐慌情绪,缓解社会矛盾,避免引发舆论危机,具有积极的现实意义。论文以引发公众广泛热议的红黄蓝幼儿园虐童事件为例,分析了自媒体在民间舆论场的生成中扮演的角色,提出了应发挥自媒体对公众舆论的引导作用,促进危机事件的高效解决。

Since the era of We Media,the public’s right to speak has been promoted,and the field of public opinion has gradually developed and expanded. Especially in the public crisis,the power of public opinion cannot be underestimated. Therefore,it has positive practical significance to pay more attention to the public opinion in order to relieve the public panic in the crisis,to alleviate the social contradiction and to avoid the public opinion crisis. Taking the recent incident of child abuse in R. Y. B Kindergarten as an example,this paper explores the role played by the We Media in the formation of the whole public opinion field,and puts forward that the We Media should play a leading role in the public opinion and promote the efficient resolution of the crisis incident.
