摘要
为解决在山西沁水盆地煤层气排采过程中井下设备出现腐蚀结垢的问题,同时考虑到可持续发展这一前提,选择具有生物可降解的聚天冬氨酸作为酸洗缓蚀剂的主剂,采用室内静态挂片失重法对其在质量分数为18%盐酸溶液中的缓蚀效果做了测试,并与其他可作为酸洗缓蚀剂的试剂进行对比和复配。实验结果表明,聚天冬氨酸单剂在50℃,18%盐酸中缓蚀效率为83.11%,缓蚀效果良好;通过与乌洛托品、葡萄糖酸钠、尿素复配并添加铁离子稳定剂后,缓蚀效率升高到91.74%,因此聚天冬氨酸可在绿色酸洗缓蚀剂方向进行深入探究。
In order to solve the problem of corrosion and scaling in the process of coalbed methane drainage in the Qinshui basin of Shanxi, and considering the premise of sustainable development, the biodegradable polyaspartic acid is selected as the main agent of the pickling inhibitor, the corrosion inhibition performance in hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of 18% was tested by static hanging weight loss method and compared with other reagents that could be used as a pickling inhibitor. The experimental results show that the inhibition efficiency of polyaspartic acid at 50℃, 18% hydrochloric acid can reach 83.11%, the corrosion inhibition is quite good. The corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 91.74% after the combination of methenamine,sodium gluconate,carbamide and adding iron ion stabilizers.So polyaspartic acid can be further explored in the direction of green pickling inhibitor.
