摘要
庆阳石化公司催化裂化烟气SCR脱硝装置成功投产标志着中国石油自有成套催化烟气脱硝技术的首次产业化应用。该装置投运后达到了极好的减排效果,但随着装置运行时间增加,烟气脱硝装置的核心设备脱硝余热锅炉的压差时有升高,严重时或引起催化装置的非计划停车,为了控制这一现象,以工程实践总结以及CFX模拟的方法,探索出控制脱硝余热锅炉压差升高的三种方法,并逐一进行分析。
The successful commissioning of the SCR denitrification device of FCC flue gas in Qingyang Petrochemical Industries Co marks the first industrialization application of the technology of Chinese petroleum own complete set of catalytic flue gas denitrification. The device has achieved excellent emission reduction effect, but as the operation time of the device increases, the pressure difference of the waste heat boiler of the core equipment of the flue gas denitrification device rises, and it is serious or causes the non planned parking of the catalytic device. In order to control this phenomenon, the project practice summary and the CFX simulation method are explored. Three ways to control the differential pressure rise of the denitration waste heat boiler are analyzed and analyzed one by one.
