摘要 燃煤电厂是我国最重要的发电单位,但是其采用的是煤炭直接燃烧发电方式,使得煤炭在燃烧过程中会产生大量对环境有害的污染物,如SO2、NOX、烟(粉)尘等,一旦环境被严重破坏,将会对人类生存造成严重威胁。因此,国家颁布了《全面实施燃煤电厂超低排放和节能改造工作方案》的通知,要求各燃煤电厂积极探索和应用超低排放技术,这样不仅能促进煤电行业获得良好发展,同时也能实现我国经济与环境的协同发展。本文主要总结了几种常用的燃煤电厂超低排放技术,并分析了煤电厂超低排放技术经济和环境效益,以期为后续的燃煤电厂超低排改造提供有效的参考。 The coal-fired power plant is the most important power generation unit in China,but it uses the coal direct combustion power generation method,which causes a large amount of environmentally harmful pollutants such as SO2,NOX and smoke(powder)in the combustion process.Dust,etc.,once the environment is seriously damaged,it will pose a serious threat to human survival.Therefore,the state has issued a notice on“Full implementation of the ultra-low emission and energysaving transformation plan for coal-fired power plants”,requiring all coal-fired power plants to actively explore And the application of ultra-low emission technology,this will not only promote the good development of the coal-fired power industry,but also achieve the coordinated development of China’s economy and environment.This paper summarizes several commonly used ultra-low emission technologies for coal-fired power plants,and analyzes the economic and environmental benefits of ultralow emission technologies for coal-fired power plants,in order to provide an effective reference for the subsequent ultra-low-level conversion of coal-fired power plants.
