摘要
通过循环流化床锅炉空预器积垢和除尘器结晶的成分分析,得出造成空预器堵塞的主要原因是形成了硫酸氢氨。提出可以通过调整雾化喷枪、燃烧调整和优化吹灰器运行方式等手段改善空预器的堵塞情况。
Through the analysis of the fouling of the air preheater of the circulating fluidized bed boiler and the crystallization of the dust collector,it is concluded that the main cause of the blockage of the air preheater is the formation of ammonia hydrogen sulfate.It is proposed that the clogging of the air preheater can be improved by adjusting the atomizing spray gun,burning adjustment and optimizing the operation mode of the soot blower.
