摘要
本文以韶关粤江发电公司中W型的锅炉在燃烧期间产生的氮氧化物问题作为研究点,通过对该电厂锅炉现阶段实际情况的调查,对如何降低锅炉内部的氮氧化物提出了多元化的技术方法,主要包括了调整卫燃带面积、增加燃尽风、对D、E、F层二次风重新分配及F风喷口下倾角度改造等,并借助模拟计算的方式,提出降低韶关粤江发电公司W型锅炉氮氧化物的燃烧技术改进方法。
This paper takes the problem of nitrogen oxides generated during the combustion of W-type boilers in Shaoguan Yuejiang Power Generation Company as a research point.By investigating the actual situation of the boiler at the current stage,it is proposed how to reduce the nitrogen oxides inside the boiler.Diversified technical methods mainly include adjusting the area of the refractory belt,increasing the burnout wind,redistributing the secondary air in the D,E and F layers,and transforming the F-venting angle of the F-jet,and using the method of simulation calculation.Improve the combustion technology of W-type nitrogen oxides in Shaoguan Yuejiang Power Generation Company.
