摘要
本文通过丙烯酰胺与溴酸钾、溴化钾的加成反应,产生更具稳定性的2,3-二溴丙酰胺,通过毛细管气相色谱法测定2,3-二溴丙酰胺的浓度,再算出丙烯酰胺在水中的浓度。实验表明此检测方法分离效果好、灵敏度高、稳定性好,能够满足水质检测要求。
In this paper,the addition reaction of acrylamide with potassium bromate and potassium bromide produces more stable 2,3-dibromopropionamide,and the concentration of 2,3-dibromopropionamide is determined by capillary gas chromatography.The concentration of acrylamide in water was calculated.The experiment shows that the separation effect is good,and the detection method has high sensitivity and good stability,and can meet the requirements of water quality detection.
