流动注射双通道同测总氰化物和挥发酚与单通道分别测定总氰化物及挥发酚结果比较

摘要 为提高总氰化物和挥发酚测定的实验效率,将双通道同测作为一种有效手段,与单通道分别测定总氰化物和挥发酚在标准曲线、检出限、准确度和精密度进行比对实验,得到双通道同时测定总氰化物和挥发酚标准曲线相关系数r分别为0.9998、0.9999,单通道分别测定总氰化物和挥发酚标准曲线相关系数r分别为0.9995、0.9999;双通道同时测定总氰化物和挥发酚检出限分别为0.0004mg/L、0.0017mg/L,单通道分别测定总氰化物和挥发酚检出限分别为0.0005mg/L、0.0012mg/L;两种测定方式在准确度和精密度方面也都符合相关要求且无明显差异。最终结果确认了双通道同测定总氰化物和挥发酚能够更加合理、充分的使用设备提高实验效率,值得进一步推广。 In order to improve the experimental efficiency of total cyanide and volatile phenol determination,two-channel simultaneous measurement is used as an effective means to determine the total curve,detection limit,accuracy and precision of total cyanide and volatile phenol respectively.The correlation curves of the two-channel simultaneous determination of total cyanide and volatile phenols were 0.9998 and 0.9999,respectively.The correlation coefficients of the total cyanide and volatile phenol standard curves were 0.995 and 0.9999,respectively.The detection limits of total cyanide and volatile phenol in two channels were 0.0004mg/L and 0.0017mg/L,respectively.The detection limits of total cyanide and volatile phenol in single channel were 0.0005mg/L and 0.0012mg/L,respectively.Both methods of measurement also met the relevant requirements in terms of accuracy and precision without significant differences.The final result confirms that the dual channel and the determination of total cyanide and volatile phenol can be used more reasonably and fully to improve the experimental efficiency,which is worth further promotion.
