火焰原子吸收法测定水中锶的方法研究

摘要 分别以多元素混标和锶单标绘制工作曲线,测试井水、自来水和净化水中的锶。用混标做工作曲线,灵敏度低,线性差;采用锶单元素作标准曲线,测定灵敏度显著提高,线性好。比较了两种方法测定存在的差异,并分析了造成这种差异的原因,进而确定了准确测定井水、自来水和净化水中的锶方法。用单元素标准曲线测定样品,并对样品做加标回收实验,回收率高,测定结果满意。 The working curves of multielement mixed standard and strontium single standard were used to test the strontium in well water,tap water and purified water respectively.Using mixed standard as the working curve,the sensitivity is low and the linearity is poor;The sensitivity of single standard is improved significantly,and the linearity is better.The difference between the two methods was compared,and the reasons for the difference were analyzed,and the method for accurate measurement of strontium in water was determined.The sample was measured with the standard curve of single element,and the recovery rate was high,and the result was satisfactory.
