柴窝堡湖湿地生态服务功能价值评估初探

Preliminary study on the functional value of ecological services in Chaiwobao Lake wetland

采用环境经济学的相关计算方法,对柴窝堡湖湿地生态系统的生态服务功能价值进行了估算。结果表明:(1)按服务功能价值量排序:水资源供给功能价值>调节气候功能价值>文化服务功能价值>生物多样性价值>水质净化功能价值。(2)柴窝堡湖湿地生态系统服务总价值为34029.25万元/年,其中水资源供给功能价值占到总量的72.92%,调节气候功能价值占总量的15.54%,二者占到总量的88.46%。在柴窝堡湖湿地的保护和开发过程中,当地政府应当有针对性提出加强流域内生态系统的保护方案,控制地下水开采活动,实现柴窝堡湖湿地生态系统的可持续发展。

The value of ecosystem services in the wetland ecosystem of Chaihuobao Lake was estimated by using the related calculation method of environmental economics.The results show that:(1)Ranking by the value of service function:functional value of water resource supply>the value of regulating climate function>the value of cultural service function>biodiversity value>the value of water quality purification function.(2)The total value of the wetland ecosystem services in chaiwubao lake is 34,029,250,000 yuan per year,of which the functional value of water supply accounts for 72.92%of the total,and the value of the function of climate regulation takes up 15.54%of the total,accounting for 88.46%of the total.In the process of protecting and developing the wetland in Chaiyebao Lake,the local government should put forward specific plans to strengthen the protection of the ecosystem in the river basin,control the groundwater exploitation activities,and realize the sustainable development of the wetland ecosystem in Chaiyebao Lake.
