东莞市海绵城市建设之水文化建设探讨

Discussion on the construction of water culture in the construction of sponge city in Dongguan

海绵城市建设包括了水环境、水安全、水生态、水资源、水文化几个方面,其中水文化经常被忽略或放到海绵城市建设的次要位置。然而继承和弘扬水文化,对于"海绵城市"建设极具应用价值,是建设"生态魅力城市"、传承城市文脉的重要举措,并且更容易被公众在日常所感知。本文通过水文化与城市空间的融合的角度探讨水文化的建设思路,为海绵城市之水文化建设提供参考。

Sponge city construction includes water environment,water safety,water ecology,water resources and water culture.Water culture is often overlooked or placed in a secondary position in the construction of sponge cities.However,inheriting and promoting water culture is of great application value to the construction of“sponge city”.It is an important measure to build an“ecological charm city”and inherit the urban context,and it is more easily perceived by the public on a daily basis.This paper explores the construction ideas of water culture from the perspective of the integration of water culture and urban space,and provides reference for the construction of water culture in sponge city.
