唐山市近岸海域环境现状及保护对策研究

Study on the environmental status and protection countermeasures innearshore waters of Tangshan City

文章以唐山市近岸海域环境现状为研究对象,通过分析唐山市近岸海域海洋资源开发利用现状和唐山市近岸海域环境质量状况,确定唐山市近岸海域主要环境问题。在此基础上,提出唐山市近岸海域环境保护对策,即加强陆源统筹、完善规划体系、严格控制围填海方式、保护自然岸线、加大海洋环境保护投入力度、严格海洋环境准入、加大海洋环境执法力度、加强海洋防灾减灾能力建设和提高公众海洋生态环境保护意识。

This paper takes the environmental status of the nearshore waters of Tangshan City as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the development and utilization of marine resources in the nearshore waters of Tangshan City and the environmental quality of the nearshore waters of Tangshan City to determine the main environmental problems in the nearshore waters of Tangshan City.On this basis,the countermeasures for environmental protection in the nearshore waters of Tangshan City are proposed,that is,to strengthen the coordination of land sources,improve the planning system,strictly control the way of reclamation,protect natural shorelines,increase investment in marine environmental protection,strictly enforce marine environmental access,increase law enforcement in the marine environment,strengthen the capacity of marine disaster prevention and mitigation,and raise public awareness of marine environmental protection.
