新环保法背景下的农村土壤污染防治

Prevention and control of rural soil pollution under the background of new environmental protection law

社会经济快速发展的同时,环境污染问题日益突出,空气污染和水污染逐渐加剧,如雾霾铺天盖地、河水浑浊等,但土壤污染表现不明显,经常被人们所忽视。现阶段,人们越来越意识到土壤污染的严重性,国家通过实施新《环保法》来减少土壤的污染,保护土壤资源,但因土壤污染治理经验不足,致使防治效果不佳,所以进一步了解土壤污染与防治尤为关键。本文对新环保法背景下的农村土壤污染防治进行了分析和探究。

At the same time of rapid social and economic development,environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent.Air pollution and water pollution have gradually intensified,such as overwhelming smog and turbid rivers,but the soil pollution is not obvious and is often overlooked.At this stage,people are increasingly aware of the seriousness of soil pollution.The state has implemented the“New Environmental Protection Law”to reduce soil pollution and ensure soil resources.However,due to insufficient experience in soil pollution control,the control effect is not good,so further understanding Soil pollution and prevention are particularly critical.This paper analyzes and explores the prevention and control of rural soil pollution under the background of the new environmental protection law.
