摘要 建立了离子色谱法测定水样中氰化物含量的方法。使用Dionex ICS3000离子色谱仪,选择安培检测器、银工作电极和AS7阴离子分析柱,采用外标法测定了水样中的氰化物含量。在0.24~6.0mg/L范围内氰根离子浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 7,重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.66%~1.6%(n=9),样品加标回收率为95.01%~103.88%。该方法简单、快速,测试结果准确、可靠,适用于水样中氰化物含量的测定。 A mehod was set up for determination of cyanide in water by ion chromatography(IC)using Dionex ICS3000 ion chromatography,ampere detector,silver working electrode and AS7 anion analysis column.The quantitative analysis of cyanide in water was carried out by external standard method.Under the determination conditions,the mass concentration of cyanide ion was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.24–6.0 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.66%–1.6%(n=9),the recoveries of spiked sample were 95.01%–103.88%.The method is simple and fast,the result is accurate and reliable,it is suitable for the determination of cyanide content in water.
