摘要 介绍电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP–OES)测定军用高破片率弹钢成分分析标准物质中铜含量的不确定度评定方法。通过对测量过程中各种影响因素的分析,得到测定结果不确定度主要由测量的重复性、标准曲线和标准溶液引入的不确定度组成,其它因素引入的不确定度较小,在实际评定中可以忽略。结果表明,当铜的质量分数为0.018 9%时,扩展不确定度为0.000 6%(k=2)。 The evaluating method of uncertainty for determining the concentration of copper in militaryhigh fragment percent spring steel by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was introuduced.Through the analysis of the influence factors of measurement process,uncertainties from repeatability,standard curve and standard solution were identified the most important factors.Because other factors introducing small uncertainties were ignored in the evaluation process.The result of the evaluation showed that the expanded measurement uncertainty was 0.000 6%(k=2),as the concentration of copper was 0.018 9%.
