摘要
聚焦女大学生就业问题,在描述研究背景的基础上,认识女大学生就业研究的性别意义,构建解释大学生就业性别差异的理论解释框架,具有重要的理论和现实意义。研究结果表明,传统社会性别意识必然会产生对女大学生的就业歧视,而女大学生的就业水平和质量则取决于社会性别意识的进步,以及对就业市场性别歧视行为有效的制度约束。
It is of great significance to focus on the employment issue of female college graduates and construct the theoretical schema for analyzing the gender gap in college graduates’ employment. For that purpose,it is necessary to describe the present research background and understand the gender significance of such research. This study finds that traditional gender conceptions lead to the discrimination over employment of female college graduates,and that the improvement of this situation depends on the advance of social gender awareness and effective government regulation against genderdiscrimination in the labor market.
