摘要 分析了无刷直流(BLDC)电机反电动势过零与关断相二次续流电流的关系,讨论了同一相相邻2次关断期间二次续流电流及其峰值的特性,分别推导了超前/滞后换相偏差与关断相电流峰值之间的关系。在此基础上,提出了一种无刷直流电机换相与换相偏差校正的控制方法。通过仿真验证了该控制方法的可行性,并提高了换相及相位校正性能。 The relationship between the zero-crossing of the back EMF and the secondary freewheeling current of the brushless DC(BLDC)motor was analyzed,and the characteristics of the secondary freewheeling current and its peak value were discussed.The discipline between the forward/lagged commutation deviation and the peak value of the off phase current was deduced.On this basis,a commutation and deviation correction control method was proposed for brushless DC motors.The feasibility of the control method was verified by simulation experiments,and the commutation and correction performance were improved.
