摘要
针对电光开关驱动源中高压充电单元容性负荷电流冲击大的问题,介绍了一种具有限流功能的高压直流电源实现方案,分析了该高压电源的主回路和控制回路。通过一台30 kV/2 mA的样机进行实验验证。实验证明,具有限流功能的高压电源具有良好的耐冲击性能,达到了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problem of electro-optical switch high voltage charging source driving unit load current impact,a scheme of realizing high voltage DC power supply current limiting function was introduced. The main circuit and the control circuit were analyzed. The experiment was verified by a 30 kV/2 mA prototype. The experiment proves that the high voltage power supply with current limiting function has good shock resistance and achieves good results.
