响应面法优化黑种草皂苷A双水相提取工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的优化黑种草皂苷A双水相提取工艺。方法采用响应面法,以黑种草皂苷A提取率为指标,考察料液比、硫酸铵用量、乙醇浓度和超声时间对黑种草皂苷A提取的影响。结果黑种草皂苷A最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶40,硫酸铵浓度0.35g/mL,乙醇浓度47%,超声时间30min,在此条件下黑种草皂苷A的提取率为3.15%。结论该工艺简单、可靠,适用于黑种草皂苷A的提取。 Objective To optimize the aqueous two-phase extraction of Nigegllanoside A by response surface methodology.Method Using response surface design,and the extraction rate of Nigegllanoside A was taken as the index,to examine the influence of the ratio of solvent to material,ammonium sulfate dosage,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic time on extraction rate of Nigegllanoside A.Results The optimum extraction plan was:1∶4 for solid-liquid ratio,0.35 g/mL for ammonium sulfate dosage,47%for ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time at 30 min,under above condition,the extraction rate of Nigegllanoside A was 3.15%.Conclusion This method is easy to operate and cost-effective for the extraction of Nigegllanoside A.
