摘要
目前建设的高等级生物安全实验室送、排风机均采用了备份冗余,而其自控系统却没有相应的冗余备份结构。分析高等级生物安全实验室自控系统设计和实施中经常遇到的系统冗余模式设计优化、传感器和执行机构选型要点等问题,结合实际工程设计和检测经验探讨一些简单易行的解决方法,以期为高等级生物安全实验室自动控制系统设计提供一些有益的参考。
Backup redundancy is adopted in the air feeder and the exhaust fan of the existing highlevel biosafety laboratory, while its automatic control system does not have any corresponding redundant backup structure. In this paper, the issues are analyzed, such as the system redundancy model design optimization, and the gist of sensor and actuator selection, in the design and implementation of automatic control system of the high-level biosafety laboratory, and some simple and easy solutions are explored based on the actual engineering design and testing experience, in a bid to provide some useful reference for the design of automatic control system of the high-level biosafety laboratory.
