摘要
基于Mie散射理论和Lambert-beer定律,利用CCD相机接收湿蒸汽水滴微粒的散射光强,建立了蒸汽湿度测量系统。对于该系统的理论计算模型,分别采用对数正态分布(LN分布)和Rosin-Rammler分布(R-R分布)来描述模拟器缸汽中的水雾粒径分布,对散射光强进行仿真计算,将得到的仿真结果同实验数据进行对比分析。结果表明:后向散射法测量蒸汽湿度中,采用对数正态分布(LN分布)建立的理论计算模型更合适。
In this paper,based on Mie scattering theory and Lambert-beer law,a steam humidity measurement system is established by using CCD camera to receive the scattered light intensity of particles of wet steam droplets.The theoretical calculation models of this system are respectively using LN distribution and(R-R)distribution to describe the particle size distribution of water mist in the simulator cylinder steam.The scattering light intensity is calculated by simulation,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data.The results showthat the theoretical calculation model based on lognormal distribution(LN)is more suitable for steam humidity measurement by back-scattering method.
