摘要 针对A型纯电动客车EHPS助力电机恒定高速运转的问题,本文设计理想转向盘力矩曲线,建立A型纯电动客车的整车模型和EHPS系统模型,推导出理想EHPS助力特性曲线,得到各车速及转向盘转角下的目标电机转速。基于Simulink和AMESIM对模型进行联合仿真,仿真结果表明:助力电机转速控制优化后的EHPS能满足车辆低速转向时的轻便性和高速转向时驾驶员的路感,并改善节能性。 Regarding the problem of the pure electric bus of model A EHPS power motor operating at a constant high speed,an ideal steering wheel torque curve is designed.The vehicle model and the EHPS model are set up.The ideal EHPS assist characteristic curve is deduced,and the target speed of motor under different speed and different steering wheel angle is obtained.The model is simulated based on Simulink and AMESIM.The simulation result shows that after the optimization of EHPS power motor speed control,the EHPS satisfies the portability in low speed steering and the road feeling of driver in high speed steering,and also improves the ability of energy saving.
