早期营养干预联合养正消积胶囊对头颈部肿瘤同步放化疗患者的影响

Effect of early nutrition intervention combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule on patients with head and neck cancer treated with synchronized radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的观察早期营养干预联合养正消积胶囊对头颈部肿瘤同步放化疗患者的影响。方法将86例行同步放化疗治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组患者给予早期营养干预,观察组患者在此基础上联合应用养正消积胶囊治疗,3周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。对比分析2组患者治疗后的效果。结果治疗后观察组患者总缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),体质量指数、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平和免疫功能指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前及对照组明显改善(P均<0.05),而对照组上述指标均无明显变化(P均>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期营养干预联合养正消积胶囊治疗可明显改善头颈部肿瘤同步放化疗患者的机体营养状态及免疫功能,对提高治疗效果、减少不良反应同样具有积极作用,可在临床推广应用。

Objective It is to observe the effect of early nutritional intervention combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule on patients with head and neck cancer treated with synchronized radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-six patients with head and neck cancer who underwent synchronized radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 43 cases.The patients in the control group were given early nutrition intervention.The patients in the observation group were given Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule based on the control group.3weeks as 1 treatment course,both groups were treated for 2 courses.The curative effects of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body mass index,serum albumin,hemoglobin level and immune function indexes CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly improved in the observation group compared with those before treatment and in the control group.There was significant improvement of these indexes in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional intervention combined with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule can significantly improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients with head and neck cancer who underwent synchronized radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and also has a positive effect on improving the treatment effect and reducing adverse reactions.It can be applied in clinic.
