乌梅丸在眼科的应用举隅

Application of Wumei Pill in Ophthalmology

乌梅丸为《伤寒论·辨厥阴病脉诊并治》主方,临床多从其寒热错杂、上热下寒的病机考虑,运用于内外妇儿等诸科疾病。然而现代医家对乌梅丸病机有了新的认识。本文主要从乌梅丸肝阳虚的病机考虑,摘录三则其运用于眼科疾病中的案例,以期为临床提供参考。

Wumei Pill is the main prescription for the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea disease on the basis of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is often considered in the pathogenesis of cold,heat,miscellaneous diseases and the pathogenesis of fever and cold.It also is applied to various diseases such as internal and external women and children.However,modern doctors have a new understanding of the pathogenesis of Wumei Pills.This article mainly considers the pathogenesis of yang deficiency of Wumei Pills and extracts three cases of its application in ophthalmologic diseases in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
