摘要 妇女卵巢储备功能下降的最重要原因是年龄增长,年龄逐渐增长,卵巢储备功能逐步降低;高龄妇女自然受孕率与ART临床妊娠率低,临床治疗难度系数高,不易取得满意治疗效果,是妇科的疑难病,目前国内外欠缺一定的有效诊治理念及方法;基于以上情况,梁瑞宁根据多年的临床经验及研究,从太冲脉盛与女性生理密切相关性着眼,提出了补肾填精养血的治法,临床疗效肯定,为临床提供了一种新的治疗思路。 The most important reason for the decline of women's ovarian reserve function is the increase of age,the gradual increase of age and the gradual decrease of ovarian reserve function.The natural pregnancy rate and ART clinical pregnancy rate of elderly women are low,the clinical treatment difficulty coefficient is high,and it is difficult to obtain satisfactory treatment effect,which is a difficult disease in gynecology.At present,there is a lack of effective diagnosis and treatment concepts and methods at home and abroad.Based on the above situation,LIANG Rui-ning put forward the treatment method of tonifying kidney,replenishing essence and nourishing blood according to many years of clinical experience and research and from the perspective of close correlation between Taichong pulse sheng and female physiology.The clinical curative effect is positive and provides a new treatment idea for clinical practice.
