加味益胃升阳汤联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction Combined with Oxaliplatin in Treating Advanced Gastric Cancer and Its Effect on Immune Function

目的:研究加味益胃升阳汤联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选取我院收治的晚期胃癌患者76例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各38例。对照组单纯予以FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗,观察组加用加味益胃升阳汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清细胞因子及免疫功能。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3周期后,观察组血清细胞因子CEA、CA19-9水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组免疫功能CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味益胃升阳汤联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,能够有效调节患者各项血清肿瘤标志物水平,且可提高机体免疫功能。

Objective:To study the curative effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with oxaliplatin on advanced gastric cancer and its effect on immune function.Methods:A total of 76 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with Modified Weisheng Shengyang Decoction.The clinical efficacy,serum cytokines and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of serum cytokines CEA and CCA19-9 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Weishengyang Decoction combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has definite curative effect,which can effectively adjust the level of serum tumor markers and enhance the immune function.
