耳穴压豆联合甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期失眠妇女对血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)的影响

The Study of Influence on E2 and FSH of Insomnia in Climacteric Women Treated by Ear Pressure Beans Combined with GanMaiDaZao Decoction

目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期失眠妇女对血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)的影响,分析其对改善更年期失眠妇女失眠症状的临床效果。方法:随机抽样选取我院在2015年7月～2016年7月期间收治的77例更年期失眠患者作为此次研究对象,将所有患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=37)两组。对照组给予耳穴压豆治疗,观察组给予耳穴压豆联合甘麦大枣汤治疗。评估分析两组患者的应用效果。结果:两组治疗前的E2、FSH水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的E2水平明显高于对照组,FSH水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(75.68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期失眠妇女,提高血清雌二醇(E2)水平,降低卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,改善失眠症状,提高治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of menopausal women insomnia of serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and the clinical effect in the improvement of menopause women insomnia insomnia treatment with Ear pressure beans combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction.Method:random sampling to select data in July 2015 to July 2015 admitted during the period of 77 patients with climacteric insomnia as the research object,all patients were divided into observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=37)in the two groups.The control group was treated with auricular injection,and the observation group was treated with jujube decoction.To evaluate the effect of the two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant difference in E2 and FSH levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The E2 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the FSH level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficiency of observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The method of Ear pressure beans combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction in treatment of menopausal insomnia women has higher clinical value in improve the level of serum estradiol(E2),lower levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),improve insomnia,improve the treatment effect,and which is worthy of further promotion.
