热敏灸联合金黄膏外敷治疗机械性静脉炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Heat-sensitive Point Moxibustion Combined with Jinhuang Ointment in the Treatment of Mechanical Phlebitis

目的:观察热敏灸联合金黄膏外敷治疗机械性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例留置针穿刺术后一周内发生机械性静脉炎的住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用热敏灸疗法联合金黄膏外敷,对照组使用金黄膏外敷,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗3天后观察组总有效率95.2%,对照组总有效率70%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5天后,观察组总有效率为97.6%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组3天,5天的治愈率亦明显高于对照组,说明观察组治疗方法疗效显著,能够缩短治疗时间并实现显著疗效。结论:热敏灸联合金黄膏外敷治疗机械性静脉炎,疗效显著,中医特色鲜明,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive point moxibustion combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of mechanical phlebitis.Methods:82 hospitalized patients with mechanical phlebitis within one week after indwelling needle puncture were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group were treated with heat-sensitive point Moxibustion plus external application of Jinhuang ointment,while the control group were treated with external application of Jinghuang ointment cream.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results:After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%,while that of the control group was 77.5%.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the cure rate of the observation group was also obviously higher than that of the control group on 3 days and 5 days,Which indicating that the treatment method of the observation group had a significant effect,can shorten the treatment time and achieve a significant effect.Conclusions:heat-sensitive point moxibustion combined with Jinhuang ointment for the treatment of mechanical phlebitis has obvious curative effect and distinct characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical application.
