城市型、应用型大学建设与区域社会经济发展之探索与实践——以北京联合大学管理学院服务北京实践为例

Exploration and Practice: Construction of City-based,Application-oriented University and Regional Social Economic Development——Taking the College of Management of Beijing Union University as an example

大学要得到良好的发展,需要认真地面对自己所处的时代,更需要面对所在的城市和区域。国外城市型大学建设和发展的历程,是大学与城市发展之间互动的结果。大学学科、专业和人才培养体系的不断发展,也离不开城市社会经济发展对人才需求的不断促进和推动。北京联合大学作为北京市属地方高校,根据北京"四个中心"城市功能定位,探索城市型、应用型大学办学定位的具体实现路径。基层学院在发展中不断深入北京,融入区域,研究城市发展、运行、管理、生活等各方面的真问题,与城市社会经济发展密切互动,从理论和实践层面,进行融入地方、服务地方的城市型、应用型大学建设的有益尝试。

Universities need to adapt to the times they are in and the cities and regions upon which they are based for better development. The development of city-based universities in other countries is the result of the interaction between universities and urban development. The demand for talents from the urban social and economic development is indispensable for the establishment of disciplines,majors and talent training systems of the universities. As a municipal university,Beijing Union University has been exploring the approaches to realize the school-running orientation of city-based application-oriented universities based on the "four central " urban function positioning. The colleges integrate their own development into the development of the city by studying the problems of urban development,operation,management,and life,thus interact closely with urban social and economic development. At the same time,attempts have been made for the construction of city-based application-oriented universities which integrate into and serve the local from both the theoretical and practical aspects.
