聋校骨干教师与普通教师教研现状的比较

摘要 教研是影响教师专业化发展和学校办学质量的关键因素之一。为了解聋校骨干教师和普通教师教研情况的差异,调查了123名性别、教龄、职称、学历同质的聋校教师,结果发现:骨干教师和普通教师教研能力相近,但前者更关注自我反思以及教研对"提高教育教学水平"的内在价值,其承担校内外公开课、赴外地参加教研活动、发表论文、参与或主持课题等教研经验明显丰富。重视教研是骨干教师的核心特征,在教师队伍建设过程中,建议聋校教师提高自身教研意识、将教研融入日常工作,聋校管理者也要加强对教研的支持,为教师提供更多校外培训和交流的机会。 Educational research is one of the decisive factors which influence the professional development of teachers and quality of school education. In order to understand the differences between backbone teachers and ordinary teachers in schools for the deaf on educational research status,this study surveyed 123 teachers with the same gender,teaching age,professional title and academic qualification. Results show that although ordinary teachers and backbone teachers have similar educational research capabilities,the former pay more attention to self-reflection and the intrinsic value of educational research toward "improving the level of education and teaching". Also,their experiences in organizing open classes inside and outside school,attending educational research activities in other places,publishing papers,participating in or hosting projects are obviously richer.Paying close attention to educational research is the core characteristic of the backbone teachers,so the present study proposes that,in the process of professional development of teachers of deaf schools,teachers themselves enhance awareness of educational research and integrate which into their daily work,and school managersstrengthen their support for educational research and provide more off-campus training and exchange opportunities for the teachers.
