本文主要通过分析吴中区科技领军人才企业发展中的知识产权作用,探讨科技领军人才在创新创业过程中遇到的知识产权问题,并对科技领军人才创新创业中知识产权的发展提出了一些建议。

Through the analysis of the role of intellectual property in the development of Wuzhong District science and technology leading talent enterprises,this paper discusses the problems of intellectual property rights encountered in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of intellectual property in the innovation and entrepreneurship of the leaders of science and technology.
