摘要 "轨道交通信号与控制"专业是以铁路信号为研究方向,有鲜明轨道交通行业特点的新兴专业。本文在MOOCs的背景下,面向企事业单位对轨道交通技术人才的迫切需求,充分考虑专业特性,对微专业的课程体系构建进行了探讨。通过对"微专业"核心课程的建设,能够快速培养学生的专业核心知识技能,弥补专业设置与企业用人需求的匹配问题,将理论学习与实际工作街接起来,快速增强学习者的就业能力。 "Rail Traffic Signal and Control" is a new specialty which takes railway signal as the research direction and has distinctive characteristics of rail transit industry.Under the background of MOOCs,this paper is oriented to the urgent needs of enterprises and institutions for rail transit technology talents and discusses the construction of micro specialty curriculum system deeply by taking full account of the professional characteristics.Through the construction of "micro professional" core curriculum,it can quickly train students’ professional core knowledge and skills,make up for the matching problem of university major settings and enterprise employment needs,and combine theoretical learning with practical work,and quickly enhance the employability of learners.
