放射诊断学、核医学及放射治疗学等诸多现代医学诊断和治疗手段均是以各种射线为基础的。随着这些诊断治疗技术的普及,患者也接受越来越多的医学源性放射性照射,而这些放射性照射会有潜在的致畸、致癌、致白血病的风险。在放射性检查工作中,特别是核医学工作中,如何尽量减少放射性照射剂量,有效提高医学诊断和治疗效率,是我们需要高度重视的问题。
