摘要
目前国内针对老年教育的认识十分固有化,而老年教育的专业范畴在进行桌面研究时多处于成人教育或经济人力资源等范畴内,作为跨多门学科的设计学,如今与国外提出的社会创新理念相似的设计社会学也被提出。将老年教务问题聚焦在社区进行,充分利用老年自身资源,并且利用社区环境的便利,通过设计的手段重构老年教育系统设计,用服务设计的理念和手段,以老人和社会为重,对老年教育流程中存在的触点、交互、方式进行分析。用可持续设计的理念,重新审视国内教育资源分配不均匀的情况,并发现隐形资源为老年教育提供新的想法。
At present the domestic people’s understanding on older education is inherent,and education of professional category in the study of the desktop in the adult education or more economic in the realm of human resources as the multi-discipline design,now with foreign social innovation concept put forward by the sociology of similar design has been put forward.Focusing on the elderly educational administration in the community,make full use of the elderly own resources,and the convenience of using the community environment,through the design method of reconstructing old education system design,use of the ideas and means of service design,to the old man and society,the education for the elderly process exists in the way of contact,interaction,are analyzed.With the concept of sustainable design,we re-examine the uneven distribution of education resources in China and find that the invisible resources provide new ideas for education in old age.
