Research on the Training Mode of Postgraduates in Ethnic Universities Based on Innovation Ability——Taking South-Central University for Nationalities as an Example

本文以中南民族大学为例,总结了基于创新能力的民族高校研究生培养模式的实践经验;并分析了存在的问题,提出了民族高校研究生创新能力培养模式改革的对策建议。

Taking South-Central University for Nationalities as an example,this paper summarizes the practical experiences of the postgraduate training mode based on innovation ability.This paper also analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of the training mode of postgraduates' innovation ability in ethnic universities.
